Horne Mazda in Tempe is looking for proven Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing, high-volume sales team.

If you know how to work a showroom, handle internet leads, build a customer pipeline, follow up consistently, negotiate, and close deals, we want to talk with you.

This is an experienced-sales position. Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience required
  
• Proven track record of automotive sales success
  
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
  
• Experience handling showroom and internet customers
  
• Excellent prospecting and follow-up skills
  
• Experience working with a dealership CRM
  
• Knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, trades, and financing
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  
• Professional communication and customer service skills
  
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
  

DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
