Job DetailsJob Location: C2 Tactical Tempe - Tempe, AZ 85284Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 HourlyJob Summary Answer incoming calls for multiple businesses in a small call center environment; supporting customer needs, answering questions and creating bookings and reservations into customer management system for classes and other offerings. Responsibilities and Duties Answering Incoming Calls (80%) Answer all incoming calls for multiple business locations and triage customer needs efficiently; answer simple questions and forward calls as needed to sales or management; create bookings in our customer management system and take payments over the phone; provide excellent customer service at all times. Outgoing Calls for Customer Follow-up (10%) Follow up as needed with customer reservations to verify information or resolve booking issues. Online Chat and Email Responses (10%) Answer simple questions that come in via chat or email and forward questions as needed to sales or management.QualificationsQualifications and Skills Customer service experience required Previous call center experience preferred Firearms knowledge a plus Sitting at a desk for long periods of time Using a computer for long periods of time computer screen, keyboard, mouse Using a handset and phone for long periods of time
