Job DetailsJob Location: Tempe AZ - Tempe, AZ 85281Clinical Implementation Specialist Company Overview Founded in 2010 and with locations in Tempe and Tucson, JB Dental Lab is a state-of-the-art Full Service Dental Laboratory, specializing in digital Full-Arch Solutions.  We take pride in utilizing advanced digital workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in dental restorations, reducing chair time and ensuring high quality outcomes for patients. Position Summary This role is responsible for supporting the successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing growth of JB Dental Lab customers by helping practices adopt JB workflows, services, and clinical support resources with confidence. Serving as a key partner to providers, this position focuses on streamlining onboarding, guiding digital workflow adoption, and ensuring a seamless connection between customer practices and JB’s production and clinical teams. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Administration, Design, Production, and Clinical Operations to enhance communication, resolve operational challenges, and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience. Ideal candidates are highly organized, tech-savvy relationship builders who can navigate clinical workflows, provide training and support both virtually and in person, and proactively identify opportunities to improve provider success, retention, and long-term partnership growth. Key Responsibilities ·   Lead onboarding for new customers by coordinating discovery calls, portal setup, and workflow training following account activation ·   Assess practice readiness and identify gaps in clinical, digital, or operational workflows; recommend appropriate solutions and support resources ·   Deliver virtual and occasional in-person training to ensure successful adoption of JB workflows and digital processes ·   Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal teams (Sales, Admin, Design, Production, Clinical Operations) to ensure seamless communication and execution ·   Support multi-provider and referral workflows by assisting with case coordination, patient linking, and inter-office communication ·   Assist existing customers during key transitions such as staff changes, ownership updates, or adoption of new technologies (e.g., digital workflows, 3D printing) ·   Partner with Sales and Education teams to support practice development efforts through workflow education sessions, training events, and customer engagement initiatives ·   Provide operational and logistical support for training programs and educational events at JB’s education center and in the field ·   Collaborate with clinical and surgical teams to support implementation of JB systems and protocols for new or expanding practices ·   Monitor customer feedback and identify trends that may impact operations, proactively escalating insights to leadership ·   Promote a positive customer experience by supporting feedback initiatives, including reviews and engagement opportunities ·   Continuously identify ways to improve onboarding processes, workflow adoption, and overall provider experience Qualifications & Requirements ·   Associate’s degree or certification in Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, or a related dental field preferred ·   0–3 years of experience in a dental office, lab, or clinical environment (new graduates encouraged to apply) ·   Foundational knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and clinical workflows ·   Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems, software, and digital workflows quickly ·   Experience with practice management systems (e.g., Dentrix) or digital scanning tools is a plus, but not required ·   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with providers and office teams ·   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and timelines simultaneously ·   Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service ·   Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Operations, and Production teams ·   Comfortable delivering training and support both virtually and in person ·   Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed for in-office support and events ·   Positive, coachable attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop within the organization   Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay with additional bonus potential Benefits including Medical, dental, vision, Life 401k with company match Paid Time off (PTO) plus paid holidays Ongoing training and professional development opportunities   JB Dental Lab is an affiliate company of Catalis Dental Lab Partners.  If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity and the other Brands under the Catalis Network, you can find us at catalislabs.com.  At JB Dental Lab, you are not just joining a Team, you are joining a family, Let’s start building some smiles together.
