Job Summary: The Facilities Janitorial Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall hygiene of the building, including offices, common areas, and restrooms. This role involves regular cleaning tasks, floor care, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all employees and visitors. Facilities Janitorial Coordinator will work closely with the facilities team to ensure that all areas of the building meet health and safety standards.

Job Duties: Minimum job duties include the following.

Perform daily janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, breakroom and restroom sanitation.
Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address cleaning needs.
Ensure compliance with all safety and facility regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply closets and storage areas.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial work, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient facility.

Education: HS Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Physical demands: This position requires the ability to perform tasks that may include occasional lifting or moving of items up to 50 pounds, as well as periods of standing or walking.
