Field Technician (Water meters) - No Experience Necessary, Paid Training

Do you prefer hands-on work and being out in the field instead of sitting behind a desk? Are you motivated by learning new skills and seeing the direct results of your efforts? This opportunity offers a dynamic, field-based environment where no two days are the same.

We welcome candidates with little to no prior experience. If you are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to learn, we’ll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed. A resume is not required to apply.

Earn $20–$30/hour DOE, plus the opportunity to earn up to $640/month in performance bonuses. 

We will be conducting open interviews on Friday August 21st and 28th at 515 S 48th St Suite 108 Tempe, AZ from 7am-3:30pm. Applicants are encouraged to bring a copy of their resume if available.

Schedule:

• Early morning start times
  
• Typically, either four 10-hour shifts per week OR a standard Monday–Friday, 8-hour schedule
• Full-time with steady, year-round work
• Occasional weekend work (eligible for overtime or flexible scheduling options)
• Travel time is compensated when applicable

What you'll do:

• Perform field tests to verify meter functionality and accuracy
• Install, adjust, and troubleshoot small water meters
• Record and maintain detailed documentation (test results, service records, etc.)
• Travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow technical instructions
• Comfortable working in Arizona weather year-round

This is a field-based position covering the Greater Phoenix Valley and nearby regions.
