Lead Diesel Mechanic

Are you a skilled Diesel Mechanic with a passion for diagnosing and repairing diesel engines? Our team in Tempe, AZ, is looking to hire an experienced Lead Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet of heavy-duty trucks running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance & Repairs: Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and comprehensive system diagnostics on diesel engines.
  

• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
  

• Component Repair & Replacement: Repair or replace faulty components—including fuel systems, brakes, and electrical systems—to ensure optimal performance.
  

• Conduct thorough inspections and performance tests on vehicles and equipment to verify they are in proper working order.
  

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
  

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment.
  

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years as a diesel mechanic, with proven expertise in diesel engine systems and components.
  

• Demonstrated ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
  

• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
