Position SummaryÂ
The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant supports leasing operations across two or more apartment communities. This role provides leasing assistance, customer service, and administrative support to multiple sites, helping to achieve occupancy goals and maintain resident satisfaction.Â
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ

Conduct leasing tours highlighting community features, available units, and apartment amenities for prospective residents across assigned communitiesÂ

Process rental applications, screenings, and lease documentation. Explain lease terms, pricing, policies, and application proceduresÂ
-
Respond to resident and prospect inquiries promptly and professionallyÂ
-
Assist with lease renewals and resident retention activitiesÂ
-
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available units, rental rates, occupancy, accurate leasing records, and files for all assigned sitesÂ
-
Support marketing efforts and resident engagement initiatives. Monitor local competition including pricing trends, occupancy, and amenities to support leasing strategiesÂ

Travel between communities regularly to provide on-site leasing supportÂ

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policiesÂ

Collaborate with leasing managers and community managers to meet occupancy targetsÂ

Required QualificationsÂ

High school diploma or equivalent requiredÂ

1+ years of leasing or property management experienceÂ

Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skillsÂ

Proficient in property management software (i.e., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft OfficeÂ

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing practicesÂ

Ability to travel regularly between assigned communitiesÂ

Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as necessaryÂ

Preferred QualificationsÂ

Associate degree or higher in related fieldÂ

Experience supporting multiple property sitesÂ

Work Environment and Physical RequirementsÂ
This role requires travel between multiple apartment communities.Â

Frequently walks property areas including stairs and outdoor spacesÂ
