Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements to buildings, equipment, and systems throughout the community.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks including drywall repair, light painting, and general upkeep.
• Perform basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Respond to maintenance requests, alarms, and emergency situations while supporting building safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.

Position Type: Full-Time 
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm

About You
• Minimum of one year of experience in general maintenance, building repair, or a related field.
• Experience using basic tools and performing routine repairs safely and effectively.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond calmly in emergency situations.
