Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate office - Tempe, AZ 85284Position Type: Full TimeThe National Account Executive (NAE) will serve a crucial role in facilitating client engagement and optimizing out of state design presentation, acting as CE brand ambassador. This position is accountable to coordinate and set presentation meetings. The representative will be accountable for preparing and submitting detailed proposals and cost estimates that align with client expectations and budgetary parameters. This role entails a thorough understanding of design intent and the narrative that inspires each project. This position is responsible for invoicing and final invoicing. The NAE will thrive by identifying and capitalizing on ancillary sales opportunities, ultimately enhancing deliverables and client satisfaction. Success in this position requires meticulous attention to process details, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to communication and project management. To emphasize that this remote role a position of trust, your leadership and commitment are vital for a healthy work environment for our team and the customer. This role comes an elevated state of accountability. Ensure consistent follow-up communication on all projects, while proactively setting and enforcing delivery deadlines. Emphasize self-accountability with the CE team. Build strong, trust-based relationships with our build partners and internal teams through precise and accurate communication and proactive follow-up. Effectively communicate design ideas through visual presentations Collaborate with Landscape Architects on the design intent and inspiration behind each design prior to presentation. Must have a clear understanding of municipal civil and HOA guidelines and restrictions Ability to present to large teams both in-person and remote, documenting conversations and key takeaways, reporting back in CRM and to design leadership in written summary.   Serve as the face of the brand in the designated state or states, effectively promoting brand values and messaging. Analyze local market trends and customer preferences to tailor presentations and strategies. Develop and implement innovative engagement techniques to build strong relationships with potential customers, Gather insights and feedback from events and presentations to continuously improve strategies and enhance brand perception. Cultivate new sales opportunities nationally, showcasing CE fabrication and staging capabilities, while identifying any other customer needs in any local market. Accountable for the billing of all approved CE generated materials, maintain strict adherence to the billing process adhere to protocols to ensure timely and accurate collection of funds. Accountable to track performance metrics using CRM report outcomes to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives and presentations. Commitment to end-of-week reporting to CCO and Owner: Friday breakdown of all activities, opportunities, feedback loop, following week forecast and schedule, monthly objectives that align with Out-of-State performance goals. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a consultative or relationship-driven environment 2 to 3 years of experience leading, coaching, or managing a team Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong interstate and regional customer relationships Proven ability to develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations to senior-level and builder-relations leadership Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills Design experience is a plus Landscape design experience is a plus Experience delivering presentations via virtual platforms such as Teams or Zoom is a plus Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus EEOC Statement: Creative Environment’s is an equal opportunity employer.
