✨ Schedule: 40 hours/week, on-call required

✨ Starting Salary:

LPN: $66,000–$72,600/year (DOE)

RN: $79,200–$87,120/year (DOE)

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Oversee care & services for Memory Care residents
• Lead and support an amazing care team
• Ensure top-notch, compassionate care

✨ What You’ll Need:

• AZ LPN or RN license
• Experience in long-term care/assisted living 
• Maintain current Adult CPR Certification
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
