Position Summary As the Office Administrator for JB Dental Lab, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and service in our dental manufacturing lab setting.  You will greet and assist vendors, manage calls relating to general office needs, and direct calls (as needed) to the correct department, while also providing general administrative support as requested by Site Leadership. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.  Respond to inquiries, provide information, and transfer calls to associated departments. Assist Leadership with expense reports, calendar management and other executive tasks, as needed. Welcome vendors and other visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Scanning documents and performing basic data entry duties. Assist with filing, document preparation, and maintaining records.  Help with inventory management and order supplies as needed. Coordinate, order and stock the breakroom necessities as needed. Coordination and planning of internal events and gatherings, i.e. Holiday parties, etc. Other duties that may be assigned. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using phone systems, computers, and office software Previous experience in a dental office/lab setting preferred but not required Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus but not required.
