Job Description

The Platform Analyst is accountable for supporting operational platform management across assigned products and related ecosystems, with a focus on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), testing, requirements support, and business-line partnership. This role operates in an agile environment and supports platform initiatives that drive agility at scale, innovation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

The Platform Analyst will partner closely with the Product Owner, platform team, business lines, technology teams, and other stakeholders to support the evolution of assigned products. This includes assisting with testing activities, writing and maintaining test cases, supporting requirements gathering, and helping validate document extraction, classification, separation, and reconciliation processes within the IDP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Intelligent Document Processing activities, including document digitization, metadata extraction, classification, separation, and reconciliation workflows.

  • Support the Product Owner and broader platform team in delivering product and platform initiatives.

  • Participate in testing activities, including creating, maintaining, and executing product test scripts and test cases.

  • Partner with business lines to understand needs, clarify requirements, and support test case development.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various levels and functions, including business lines, technology partners, product teams, and leadership.

This role does not support visa sponsorship and requires working from one of the posted locations three (3) or more days per week.

Basic Qualifications
- Related certificate and/or bootcamp completion
- Typically two or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing, including document extraction, classification, separation, metadata validation, or document reconciliation.

- Ability to translate business needs into clear testing scenarios and platform requirements.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
