  • Maintain organized records and reporting, including RFI logs, submittals, panel schedules, inspection documents, and commissioning reports.

  • Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, identify issues, and communicate next steps to project leadership.

  • Collaborate closely with foremen, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution.

  • Track and coordinate BIM implementation, verifying accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

  • Support change management by maintaining accurate documentation of design revisions and field adjustments.

  • Assist in developing and updating project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and manpower plans.

  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to monitor submittal progress and material delivery schedules.

  • Participate in project meetings, prepare status updates, and distribute progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure adherence to company quality control standards, documentation protocols, and safety policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in electrical construction, engineering, or related project coordination role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Familiarity with electrical systems, construction drawings, and project documentation processes.

  • Proficiency in project management and construction tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, BIM software, and Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
