Job Summary: 聽Support MPD Quality department, including MRB, product failure analysis and corrective actions.聽 Support inspection.聽 Implement and monitor adherence to applicable internal, industry (MIL, ISO, etc.) and customer procedures.聽 聽

Job Duties:聽聽聽 As directed, work independently or as part of a team, to perform job duties including the following.聽 Other duties as assigned.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate all activities to upkeep the Quality Management System and its certification.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide primary support for Hi-Rel, MRB and Inspections.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Train and educate employees on quality principles, processes, and tools.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Skills/Experience:聽 Three (3)
years min. in quality engineering, or similar position, within a QA system involving military or hi-rel electromechanical components.聽 Requires knowledge of plating processes and testing, metallurgy, and fabrication of high-tolerance metal components.聽 Requires basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and chemical tests applicable to hi-rel electromechanical components.聽 Requires good verbal, written and PC (MSOffice) communication abilities.

Education:聽 BS Degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.聽



Physical demands:聽聽 Able to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.聽 Able to perform repetitive work and have the ability to use a microscope and be able to hold small hand tools.聽 Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
