Priest Dr., Bldg 6, Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85281 Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week M-F 8:30AM - 5:30PM - No weekends Offering an additional $1.50/hr SMI Shift Differential  Additional Language Differential Pay Available   Duties include: Assists clients with identifying treatment and recovery goals, and provides supportive services to help clients reach their goals Implements services identified in the Individual Service Plans, and coordinates and monitors rehabilitation-related services for clients served on the clinical team Communicates and documents client progress toward their recovery Embraces the recovery philosophy and promotes a safe recovery environment for clients.
