As a Senior Electromechanical Systems Engineer (Sr Adv Application Engineer internally), you will play a critical, hands-on role owning electro-mechanical systems from concept through production, directly impacting performance, safety, and reliability.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will collaborate across engineering, suppliers, and leadership to bring complex hardware systems to life.

Key Responsibilities

Own program execution including cost, schedule, milestones, and risk management
Apply Earned Value Management System EVMS to track progress and performance
Drive technical problem solving and root cause analysis RCA
Develop and execute validation and verification (V&V) and qualification testing
Analyze test data results and ensure systems meet performance requirements
Translate customer and regulatory requirements into engineering solutions
Interface directly with suppliers and customers on technical matters
Create technical documentation including test plans, reports, and procedures
Support proposals, resource planning, and schedule estimation
