As a Senior Electromechanical Systems Engineer (Sr Adv Application Engineer internally), you will play a critical, hands-on role owning electro-mechanical systems from concept through production, directly impacting performance, safety, and reliability.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will collaborate across engineering, suppliers, and leadership to bring complex hardware systems to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own program execution including cost, schedule, milestones, and risk management
  • Apply Earned Value Management System EVMS to track progress and performance
  • Drive technical problem solving and root cause analysis RCA
  • Develop and execute validation and verification (V&V) and qualification testing
  • Analyze test data results and ensure systems meet performance requirements
  • Translate customer and regulatory requirements into engineering solutions
  • Interface directly with suppliers and customers on technical matters
  • Create technical documentation including test plans, reports, and procedures
  • Support proposals, resource planning, and schedule estimation
