What you'll do
In this role you will be responsible for performing test engineering activities for RF/Microwave products and sub-assemblies developed for commercial, military and space markets. You will plan and execute test tasks that include interpreting test requirements, writing test plans, designing test hardware, designing test software and testing and debugging deliverable hardware for commercial, military, and space markets. This includes activity for both RF and digital testing of modules.
The day-to-day

What you'll need
3+ years of module and/or systems integration and testÂ
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experienceÂ
US citizenship requiredÂ
Up to 10% travel
What will help you on the job
Proficiency with programming in one or more languages such as C#, Python, or C++Â
Working knowledge of RF amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, and transceiversÂ
Working knowledge of programming and controlling test equipment through SCPI commandsÂ
Working knowledge of object oriented programmingÂ
An understanding of test equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, digital signal generators, power meters, and noise figure metersÂ
Security clearance: secret or higher
Salary range
$81,500.00 - $128,500.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $101,000.00- $152,000.00/ annually
