TheProcurement Analystisresponsibleforthepurchaseofgeneralmaterialandconstructionsupplies as assigned. The Procurement Analyst willissuepurchaseorders,releasingmaterialfromexistingpurchaseorders,andexpeditematerial and supplies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Receivesandreviewsfieldrequisitionsforcompletenessandaccuracy;conferringwithrequestorwhen clarification is required.
Releasesmaterialfrompre‐negotiatedblanketpurchaseorders,maintainingtrackinglogsof released material and quantities released.
Securesvendorquotationsonrequisitions.
Processesrequisitionsforpurchase.
PreparesbidinvitationsforRFQ/ RFP.
Performslevelingofvendor quotations.
Assistingeneratingsubmittalinformationforrequestedcommodities,suppliesor equipment working with requesting department to identify needs.
IssuechangeordersasrequiredinaccordancewithrevisedBOM’s.
Expediteandensuretimelydeliveryandbackorders,follow‐uptomaintainoptimumfieldproduction.
Handlereturnmaterialtoensureproperandtimelycreditto theproject.
Reviewandapproveinvoices.InterfacewithvendorandA/Ptoresolveinvoiceproblems.
Performadditionalduties asdirectedbySeniorPurchasingAgentorDivisionManager.
