As a Lead Engineering Technician II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advanced Electromechanical Solutions (AES) business unit in Arizona. You will lead a team of technicians and provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes and systems. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business. You will report directly to our Engineering Supervisor and you'll work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on a normal M-F work schedule.

 In this role, you will have a significant impact on our Control Systems business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our engineering processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
