Job Summary:
The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems used in aerospace products. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow technical documentation, and adherence to strict quality and safety standards.Â
Requirements
 Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components, harnesses, and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructionsÂ
- Perform wire routing, crimping, stripping, soldering, and connector installationÂ
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specificationsÂ
- Conduct continuity tests and basic electrical testing to ensure functionality and complianceÂ
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanshipÂ
- Maintain compliance with aerospace standards, including quality and safety regulationsÂ
- Document work completed and report any discrepancies or defectsÂ
- Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve issuesÂ
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S standards)Â
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED requiredÂ
- 1–3 years of electrical assembly experience (aerospace or manufacturing preferred)Â
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprintsÂ
- Experience with hand tools, crimping tools, and soldering equipmentÂ
- Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC/WHMA-A-620 preferred)Â
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterityÂ
- Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking
