Waco Family Medicine is a large Federally Qualified Health Center in Central Texas with 13 locations across Waco, Temple, McGregor, and Hillsboro. Offering a wide range of services, we pride ourselves on a strong commitment to equitable, evidence-based holistic medical, dental and behavioral healthcare. Our community health center is a designated Patient Centered Medical Home, coordinating a robust collaborative of community health partnership (wellness center, prescription produce program, teaching kitchen, medical legal partnership). In addition to in-house pharmacy, WFM provides a sizeable network of in-house specialty service clinics (HIV, Hep C, Sports Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Wound Care). Through these various programs, we offer comprehensive, affordable primary care to patients across a broad range of demographics. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS NEEDED MD or DO degree from accredited medical school program. Board eligible or Board certification required. Current license to practice medicine in the state of Texas. Current DEA & DPS license. Current BLS certification SKILLS Provision of clinical healthcare services for clients in an ambulatory clinic setting. Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred, though not required. Participation in quality improvement programs REPORTS TO: Chief Medical Officer
