Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dependable candidates with a background in commercial grounds or landscape maintenance. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have experience maintaining landscaped areas through a variety of grounds-maintenance activities. Please note that routine mowing is not part of this position.

Primary responsibilities include:

String trimming and weed eating around trees and shrubs.
Edging sidewalks, pathways, and walkways.
Blowing and cleaning concrete areas.
Weed control and herbicide application.
Flower-bed maintenance.
Shrub and perennial care.
Leaf removal.
Fence-line vegetation control.
Fertilizer application.
Periodic aeration.
Spot ant treatment.

Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding duties in an outdoor environment and should be capable of working safely while operating commercial landscape equipment. Experience using commercial trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and sprayers is highly desirable. Candidates with previous commercial landscape or grounds-maintenance experience and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of performance are encouraged to apply.
