ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizes employee assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements
- Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions
- Assist in developing and orientate new team members
- Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives
- Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities
- Assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members
- Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholders

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or closely related field is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in place of degree requirement.
EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience or 4 year college degree in engineering, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Experience leading projects or teams in a manufacturing environment is preferred. .
Shift requirements: This position will work 2nd shift from 4 pm - 4 am.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Performing task with team members which includes lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50lbs
