Position Summary
Position Summary
We are seeking highly skilled electricians with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in residential and commercial electrical work. Candidates must possess strong technical capabilities, the ability to work independently, and confidence in managing complex electrical installations and troubleshooting tasks in both luxury residential and commercial environments. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, professional in appearance and communication, and committed to delivering high-quality, code-compliant work while maintaining a clean and safe jobsite.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial electrical systemsÂ
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, diagrams, and technical specificationsÂ
- Perform rough wiring, finish work, panel installations, service upgrades, conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installationÂ
- Install and troubleshoot lighting systems, recessed lighting, custom fixtures, generators, EV charging stations, low-voltage systems, and smart home technologiesÂ
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues safely and efficientlyÂ
- Ensure all installations comply with NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and local electrical/building codesÂ
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, contractors, inspectors, homeowners, and other tradesÂ
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites at all timesÂ
- Safely operate electrical testing equipment, hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and jobsite equipmentÂ
- Lead junior mechanics or helpers when necessary while maintaining productivity and quality standardsÂ
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining exceptional workmanship and attention to detail
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional electrical experience in residential and commercial environmentsÂ
- Strong experience working on luxury residential properties and high-end commercial projectsÂ
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionÂ
- Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and local building codesÂ
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
- Experience with:Â
- Electrical panel installationsÂ
- Service upgradesÂ
- Circuit installations
- Conduit bendingÂ
- Wire pullingÂ
- Lighting systems and controlsÂ
- Low-voltage systemsÂ
- Specialty electrical installationsÂ
Preferred Experience
- Experience with generators, automation systems, smart home technologies, and EV charging stationsÂ
- Experience with new construction, renovations, tenant fit-outs, service work, and electrical upgradesÂ
- Experience working in occupied residential homes and active commercial environments while maintaining professionalism and cleanliness
Certifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record requiredÂ
- Reliable transportation requiredÂ
- Willingness to travel throughout NYC, SOME TIMES TO Westchester County, and New JerseyÂ
- OSHA 10 + OSHA 30 CertificationÂ
- New Jersey Electrical License preferredÂ
- Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, work on lifts, and perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficientlyÂ
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying jobsite and weather conditions
