Salary Range: $18.45 - $22.80
Monday- Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Production & Sample Coordination
- Select and prepare product samples for production orders
- Assemble and organize job bags with all required materials and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of samples and job packets prior to production
- Support sorting and staging of materials for production use
Order & Documentation Management
- File and maintain organized records of job bags, orders, and samples
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
- Support administrative organization of production workflows
Inventory & Receiving
- Receive incoming goods into the system accurately and in a timely manner
- Match packing lists to purchase orders and verify quantities and items received
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the processing system
Logistics & Freight Coordination
- Track Bills of Lading (BOLs) for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Communicate with freight carriers to obtain pricing and shipment details
- Enter freight and shipping data for accounting and cost tracking purposes
