Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Monitor daily plant performance and lead problem-solving efforts.
  • Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to prevent recurring issues.
  • Analyze process data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Conditions and control plans for key operations.
  • Collaborate with shop-floor teams to share knowledge and reinforce discipline.
  • Partner with IT to advance AI-driven process optimization.
  • Support new product launches and supplier qualifications with R&D.
