What you get to do in the Paint Department
- Prepare metal for pre-treatment, inspecting, and racking
- Hang metal on conveyor for painting
- Remove metal from conveyor, inspect, verify rack count, and tag product
- Assist painter as required; loading powder, cleaning booth
- Pre-treat (chemical pre-wash) metal for painting
- Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills under time constraints
- Effective communication skills with peers and management
- Willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
