BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and working with technology? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a support-focused help desk role. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently to get things done.

As part of our help desk team, you’ll be the first line of support for end users—resolving tickets, maintaining documentation, and assisting with IT projects. You’ll also work closely with our Network and System Administrators to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Respond to and resolve end user support tickets
Set up new user accounts and hardwareÂ
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Escalate complex issues when neededÂ
Maintain internal help documentation and procedures
Keep service records for hardware up to date
Assist with IT projects as time permitsÂ
Be a key part of our help desk support systemÂ
Requirements
