We are looking for FULL TIME EXPERIENCED LINE COOK to join our team! As a Line Cook, you will take part in all aspects of the kitchen including service, sanitation, safety, menu knowledge, and station setup. You will play a key role in contributing to customer satisfaction. As a Line Cook, you will ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, in accordance with recipes and menu specifications.

MUST be available on SATURDAYS.

Responsibilities

Prepare food and work with servers ensuring customers are served a quality product
Prep work: prep recipes and adequate amounts of food items to be served to customers
Workstation cleanliness and organization
Maintain food in accordance with ServSafe and health code regulations
Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications
Assist the servers in any way to help expedite the food in a quicker, more efficient manner
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by management

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED
Previous kitchen experience – 2 Year Minimum
Strong working knowledge of frying, grilling, sautéing, and cold prep
Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification a plus
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

· At least 2 years of experience with pizza stretching and preparation – a plus, not required
