Preload Night Supervisor

Location: Shawsheen St, Tewksbury, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:30am-8:30am

Employment Type: Full-time Hourly

Pay: $27-$30.00 per hour

We connect families with farmers by distributing our delicious products directly to thousands of member households, through wholesale channels, and in select local retail locations. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop a team-based packing and loading line
  • Manage full and part time team member schedules based on daily workload levels and full time team member vacation days
  • Ensure all deliveries are packed accurately with correct frozen, chilled and non-frozen items and proper amount of dry ice
  • Ensure all delivery vans are properly loaded accurately and ready to hit on time for their schedule departures
  • Problem solve with other department members and research using customer and inventory systems
  • Assist departing drivers with questions or details about route/deliveries.
  • Coordinate and report to Operations Manager on team development and process changes
  • Load and unload freight trucks with products from our partners
  • Monitor product inventory levels and rotation and communicate needs
  • Complete general warehouse maintenance tasks such as compacting cardboard, preparing dry ice
