Responsibilities
As a Toddler Teacher, you will:
- Â Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environmentÂ
-  Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum through fun, hands-on learning experiencesÂ
-  Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive developmentÂ
- Â Build strong relationships with children, families, and team membersÂ
-  Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s daily activities, milestones, and achievementsÂ
- Â Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environmentÂ
- Â Foster a positive atmosphere where learning and play happen seamlesslyÂ
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- Â Have a genuine passion for educating and caring for young childrenÂ
- Â Have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience required; 1 year preferredÂ
- Â Hold a High School Diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Â Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferredÂ
- Â Meet applicable Massachusetts state licensing requirementsÂ
