We are looking for a LINE COOK to join our team! As a Line Cook, you will take part in all aspects of the kitchen including service, sanitation, safety, menu knowledge, and station setup. You will play a key role in contributing to customer satisfaction. As a Line Cook, you will ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, in accordance with recipes and menu specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare food and work with servers ensuring customers are served a quality product
  • Prep work: prep recipes and adequate amounts of food items to be served to customers
  • Workstation cleanliness and organization
  • Maintain food in accordance with ServSafe and health code regulations
  • Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications
  • Assist the servers in any way to help expedite the food in a quicker, more efficient manner
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by management
Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous kitchen experience – 2 Year Minimum 
  • Strong working knowledge of frying, grilling, sautéing, and cold prep
  • Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification a plus
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
