What You'll Do
As the Director of First Impressions, you'll help keep the clinic running smoothly while providing outstanding customer service to every patient. You'll greet patients, verify demographic and insurance information, answer phones, collect payments, maintain accurate electronic records, and assist with front office operations. You'll also help keep forms and supplies organized, cross-train in other clinic responsibilities, and jump in wherever needed to support your teammates and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office. The ideal candidate can multitask with ease, maintains confidentiality, has basic computer skills, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Previous medical office or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No weekends. No holidays.
