Front Desk Receptionist | Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.)

At HealthCARE Express, we believe every patient experience starts the moment someone walks through our doors. That's why we're looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team as a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.).

If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people, stays calm in a busy environment, and takes pride in making others feel welcome, we'd love to hear from you.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a positive, welcoming experience while keeping the front office running efficiently. Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy and working as part of a supportive team.

What You'll Do

You'll greet patients, answer incoming calls, verify insurance and demographic information, collect payments, scan documents into patient charts, and help maintain accurate records. You'll also work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure patients receive excellent service from check-in to check-out.

Previous medical office experience is a plus, but it isn't required. We value people who are dependable, eager to learn, provide outstanding customer service, and are willing to jump in wherever they're needed.

Schedule & Pay

• $15.00 per hour
• 30+ hours each week
• 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
• Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
