Direct Hire Physical Therapist Role $40.53-$56 per hour in Texarkana, Texas

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY (not temp or contract).
Key Responsibilities:
路 Assist patients recover mobility and function after surgery, acute illness, or significant injury
路 Conducting thorough physical therapy assessments to identify patient needs and limitations and integrating physical therapy treatment plans into the Plan of Care (POC) as directed by the physician orders.
路 Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs, often in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
路 Implementing various physical therapy techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to improve mobility, strength, and pain management.
Key Requirements:
路 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Physical Therapy required, Masters in Physical Therapy preferred
路 Completion of a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association or other equivalent organization approved by CMS
路 Current, active Physical Therapist license within state of practice
Compensation and Schedule:
路 Pay rate starts at $40.53 but can be significantly higher based on years of experience and education

路 Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
路 $10,000 sign-on bonus
