Job DetailsJob Location: Texarkana Aluminum - Texarkana, TX 75501Responsibilities and Duties Lead the charge for ensuring all employees, customers, and visitors understand the importance of 100% safety compliance and maintaining an injury free workplace Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix/CompactLogix/GuardLogix), Siemens (TIA Portal), or Beckhoff PLC platform) Project management including scope development, budgeting, execution and documentation of electrical and automation projects Specifying, setup, and troubleshooting of variable frequency AC drives, DC motor drives, and motor control centers Promote and develop preventative maintenance procedures of electrical & automation equipment Lead root-cause analysis of electrical downtime using tools such as historians, meters, and thermal imaging Maintain arc flash & coordination studies, NFPA 70E and NFPA 70B compliance HMI/ SCADA development and modification Develop, troubleshoot, and modify manufacturing execution system interfaces (MES) Maintain and modify historians Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Matching Holidays Sick-Time Pay-for-Performance Incentive Job Type Full-time Monday through Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Nash, TX 75569 QualificationsQualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 3+ years of industrial automation experience or 10 years industrial automation experience with no degree Preferred Skills: Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix, & GuardLogix programming and troubleshooting Siemens S7-1500 programming and troubleshooting FactoryTalk (SE/ME), Simatic, or Ignition HMI experience Siemens and Allen-Bradley drives experience Medium and low voltage switchgear troubleshooting and maintenance experience Iba or OSI PI historian experience Strong device networking skills
