Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with U.S. standards and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Adapt to U.S. healthcare practices, regulations, and cultural nuances to ensure optimal patient outcomer
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurseÂ
- Proof of passing the NCLEX-RN examination.
- Demonstrated English proficiency via IELTS or OET (if applicable).
- No history of U.S. visa denials related to immigration.
