Requirements
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Hiring Process

- Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete
Duties:
- Complete 4+ creative repairs at different worksites each dayÂ
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch toolÂ
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativityÂ
