About The RoleĀ
The Game Day Staff at Las Vegas Ballpark plays a crucial role in ensuring fans have an exceptional experience.Ā Reporting to the Fan Services Coordinator, this seasonal position supports guest services, event operations, promotional activations and logistical tasks to create a seamless and memorable game day for every guest.Ā
Ā
What You Will DoĀ
Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to guests, answering questions about stadium amenities, seating, policies, and events.Ā
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary to supervisors.Ā
Assist with wayfinding and ensure smooth navigation through the ballpark.Ā
Distribute promotional items and execute giveaways in an organized and engaging manner.Ā
Support pre-game and in-game activations, including sponsor promotions, contests, and on-field experiences.Ā
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational tasks, such as signage, props, and promotional equipment.Ā
Monitor cleanliness and functionality in assigned areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.Ā
Help manage parking, entry, and seating operations during high-capacity events.Ā
Collaborate with departments such as security, concessions, and housekeeping to support seamless event operations.Ā
Participate in pre-game briefings to understand event-specific assignments and contribute to game-day success.Ā

About YouĀ
Must be at least 16 years old.Ā
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach.Ā
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced setting.Ā
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ā
Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 50 lbs.Ā
Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to creating a world-class fan experience.Ā

Compensation: starting at $14 per hourĀ
