Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Based in Albany, New York area but may travel to customer locations throughout the United States to service and maintain customer Analytical X-ray Equipment and associated devices.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Troubleshoot and repair Electronic and Mechanical problems of Analytical X-ray Equipment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Install and modify system software as needed for equipment applications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Customer phone assistance for preliminary troubleshooting and diagnostics
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform Customer training on the alignment and use of their Analytical Systems
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complete installations of X-ray Generators, Optics, Detections Devices and troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of same.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complete and submit a weekly report to the service manager regarding customer problems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complete and submit Service Reports using Rigaku service database on all service work performed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain and update Customer Profiles as changes occur to customer equipment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complete and submit weekly expense reports to the service manager
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work in a clean room environment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 International travel to Rigaku鈥檚 factories in Japan and other locations may be required to learn new techniques and service methods associated with Rigaku systems.

Qualifications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Associate degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent training minimum)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Valid Driver鈥檚 License
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Valid Passport
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous Service Experience would be highly desired.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to obtain security clearance to customers and governmental facilities required.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous Thin Film and Metrology experience would be an asset.
聽
Must be able to meet minimum qualifications to apply.
