A Caring Touch Home Health & Hospice Services is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and organized Bilingual Intake Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our team. If you enjoy helping patients, coordinating care, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Process Home Health and Hospice referrals.
Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking patients, families, physicians, hospitals, and referral sources.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
Coordinate patient admissions and Start of Care (SOC) visits.
Obtain physician orders and required documentation.
Enter patient information into the EMR system accurately.
Maintain HIPAA compliance.
Provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

✔ Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
✔ Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
✔ Insurance verification experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ EMR experience preferred
✔ Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
