Flexx Workforce is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for industrial/shop environments. This is not a basic warehouse or pallet-moving position. We need someone who is comfortable moving large pipe, steel, heavy materials, and awkward/oversized loads safely and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift in an industrial/shop setting
- Move large pipe, steel, and heavy equipment
- Load and unload trucks with precision
- Work around welders, fitters, and shop personnel
- Maintain a safe and organized work area

- Ability to handle oversized and uneven loads safely
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and safety awareness
- Must be dependable and able to show up on time
Benefits
Pay:
$18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
