| DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION |  • Provide support to the supply chain through collecting, loading, and shipping our products.  • Responsible for operating equipment, optimizing loading for efficient logistics, and supporting other shipping functions to ensure optimal operation of the business.  • Ensure products meet quality specifications. | ||

| PHYSICAL  REQUIREMENTS |  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.  • Ability to work from elevated positions using required safety gear and procedures.  • Ability to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for extended periods of time.  • Able to work in a variety of environmental conditions. | ||
| EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS | • High School Diploma or GED required. | ||
| ADDITIONAL COMMENTS | Preferred Experience:  • Driving and operating a mobile equipment such as front end loader, skid steer or forklift within an industrial or manufacturing environment.  • Basic computer skills.  • Experience working in lumber or wood products industry and/or manufacturing.  • Experience troubleshooting equipment.  • Sawmill experience preferred. | ||
