What You’ll Do

  • Assist with basic fabrication and welding tasks using FCAW and GMAW methods

  • Read and follow simple blueprints and work instructions

  • Use hand and power tools (grinders, chipping hammers, etc.) safely and effectively

  • Help prep, fit, and clean materials for welding

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards)

  • Follow all safety and quality procedures

  • Track work hours and job activity in the company system (SAP or similar)

  • Support team members to complete jobs on time and to standard

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 0–2 years of experience (shop class or welding school counts)

  • Basic understanding of welding processes (FCAW/GMAW preferred)

  • Ability to read simple blueprints or willingness to learn

  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
