JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES-Â Â
Review reservations on RoverPass, provide updated information via email and phone to all customers headed to the resort as needed.Â
Review cancellations on RoverPass, provide refunds to customers per the guidelines of the resort cancellation policy. Contact customers informing of their refund’s information.Â
Replytocustomer concerns about arrival/departure times, R.V site, amenities provided at the resort, road conditions, and shuttle schedule.Â
Monitor the R.V site snowpack conditions and inform the Parking and Transportation Manager if any treatments or removals need to be scheduled to maximize space between campers.Â
Monitor the R.V lotdaily, reviewing license plate and R.V descriptions to ensure that only reserved customers are parked in reserved slots.Â
Guide and assist vehicles into each site, maximize the amount of space used for each reservation and ensure customers are using the proper outlet for their R.V.Â
Control the R.V line, do not block the shuttle lanes. Â
Monitoring quite times and over all cleanliness of the lot Â
Enforcement of alcohol intoxication usage while camping, along with following the regulations for fire bands.Â

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSÂ
Management or Supervisory ExperienceÂ
Must be 18 or olderÂ
Logistic and Data Entry skills set.Â
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Excellent customer service skillsÂ
Self-motivated, able to maximize use of time and resources provided to them.Â

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONSÂ
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and other employees. Â
Working outside in adverse weather conditions for long periods of timeÂ
This position is required to workday, evenings, weekends, and holidays while in operation.Â
Strong ability to drive in all types of weather conditionsÂ
Adapt to daily lot changes due to snowpack or large amount of customer for a specific dayÂ
Ability to remove or shovel snow way from the R.V shed and or R.V lot entrance Â
Conduct level 1 clean up, picking up and dumping trash, porta potty clean up.Â
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis.Â
Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.Â
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing, and pulling on an occasional basis.Â
Engage with guests, employees, and supervisors daily, along with having working knowledge of Crystal Mountain.Â
