Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled BAS Controls Installer to support the installation and implementation of building automation systems across commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong field experience, the ability to interpret drawings, and coordination with project teams to ensure high-quality installations that meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Install BAS control systems, including conduit, wiring, and end devices for HVAC equipmentÂ
- Bend and install EMT conduit in accordance with project specifications and code requirementsÂ
- Read and interpret control drawings and mechanical drawings
- Plan conduit routing and network layouts to ensure all control points and communication networks are properly installed prior to project startÂ
- Locate and install field devices (sensors, actuators, etc.) on HVAC equipment per BAS drawingsÂ
- Troubleshoot and diagnose low-voltage systems, including:Â
- 0–10 VDC signalsÂ
- 4–20 mA loopsÂ
- 24V control powerÂ
- Network cabling and communicationsÂ
- Coordinate with internal installers and subcontractors to ensure proper installation practicesÂ
- Answer field-related installation questions and provide technical support on installation related questions.Â
- Participate in project meetings with Mechanical Contractors, General Contractors, and Owners (As-needed)
- Assist with estimating installation costs and material requirements for BAS projects. Â

- Competitive salary: $75,000 – $110,000 (DOE)
