Raise the bar in staff competency and generate successful pathways to personal growth. Adopt new technologies and system improvements which enhance efficiency and staff satisfaction. Create a highly productive HR function that knows how to focus efforts on recruiting, retention, development, and culture. Broaden the vision. Key Functions in this role include: Develop the strategic plan for the HR team. Manage benefits and communicate their value to recruit and retain talent. Be an Ambassador of the culture, communicate it well, and evaluate our performance against it Measure performance and productivity Provide direction and oversight. Install processes around recruiting, retention, training, performance management, total compensation, employment law, and team member relations. Provide team member support. Provide support and insights, give direction to managers on team member issues including discipline and development. Understand employment laws, needs and impacts. Keep accurate records. Leverage the operational budget as an investment aligned with the company plan. Data Analysis & Statistical Analysis done on current company needs in training and compensation. Manage Wage and Salary scales to keep us competitive and able to “hire lifters”. Analysis of societal trends . QualificationsRequirements: Served as unit or company leader of HR Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Business Administration or Human Resource Management Progressive career growth including the management of teams. SPHR or SHRM-SCP, preferred.
