What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and perform drain cleaning services on residential and commercial properties
• Use ServiceTitan software to manage work orders, customer info, and transactions
• Spot additional plumbing issues and recommend smart solutions for customers
• Collect payments upon completion of service
• Keep your truck stocked and organized with the parts and tools you need
• Deliver top-quality, safe work every time
• Build real relationships with customers through great service

Tools You'll Use

• Drain cleaning machines and augers
• Inspection cameras and leak detection equipment
• Standard plumbing tools (wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters, etc.)
• ServiceTitan mobile app and hardware

Requirements

 What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Drain Service Technician or similar role
• Comfort using ServiceTitan software
• A knack for spotting opportunities and closing additional service sales
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage transactions and collect payments
• A valid driver's license that meets company policy
