We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Embryologist to join our lab team at our Thousand Oaks, CA location. What You'll Do Assist with daily embryology procedures, including preparation of media and lab equipment, egg retrieval, sperm preparation, IVF/ICSI procedures, embryo grading, and gamete and embryo freezing and thawing. Monitor and document embryo development, maintaining aseptic technique and strict adherence to lab protocols and quality standards. Maintain accurate patient and laboratory data in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and lab logs for clinical and regulatory purposes. Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and inventory, and participate in specimen ship-in and ship-out procedures. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field. Experience in reproductive physiology with a focus in embryology is a plus.
