VCA Westlake Village Animal Hospital in the beautiful, upscale area of Westlake Village, CA, is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our wonderful team! Compensation: $26.50 - $30.50/hour (RVT Licensure is required & proof must be provided).

Schedule: This is a full-time position. Shifts are daytime hours, and you would be scheduled 4x10 hour shifts. Fridays and Saturdays - other days are negotiable

What You'll Do:

Work closely with DVM's to provide outstanding client and patient care
Assist in surgical procedures and anesthesia monitoring
Perform dental cleanings, dental radiographs, dental extractions
Administer medications and treatments
Venipuncture and IV catheter placement
Sample collection for laboratory testing
Drug calculations
Client education
Facility cleaning, equipment maintenance as needed
Record keeping
Filling medications

*Additional duties not listed above may be assigned as needed.
